A collective umbrella of bringing together decades of practice and experience addressing mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Our panel of experts include healers, doctors of medicine, practitioners & therapists working across an array of medicine and alternate healing modalities.
The conscious practice of observing balance is essential to prevent disease, accelerate recovery and to thrive with fulfilment. To pursue a life of holistic health or to use holistic healing to recover from illness or injury, a balance of the below components is essential.
Environment: exposure to natural light and fresh air, moving with the circadian rhythm of seasonal changes and the cycle of day and night
Nutrition: evaluate your relationship with eating and drinking, pay attention to stimulants and depressants, as well as where habits override actual needs;
Exercise: incorporate movements with recuperation, strike the right balance to find a rhythm of relaxation to reduce stress and tension;
Sleep: observe sleep hygiene practices, taking into account the time of day and length of productive sleep cycles;
Excretion: manage an efficient digestive process to preserve the balance of bodily fluids or juices with healthy bowel movements to eliminate toxins;
Passion: engage in your passions without being controlled by them instilling a purpose with ease and joy;
Energy: connect with your inner self to tap onto the source of life force, weakened or blocked energy is the birth of dis-ease across the mental, emotional, physical and energy body;
The earlier in life that we’re able to implement a harmonious balance in life, the better we can prevent disease and disharmony. There’s no time like the present to realign ourself.

clearing past emotional debris and much more.
Healing works most effectively when one comes with faith and their willingness to work with alternative healing modalities.
These aspects are an essential part of the healing process. Those who believe – receive. Alternatively, healing also works on helping the individual overcome limiting beliefs and pre-conceived notions through faith which hence open the flow of energy.
A reason her clients adore her, and we quote one client henceforth,” she helped me understand the concept of accepting ‘who I am’.” She gives her clients the time to find their path or paths, while giving them the freedom to make their decision that is for their highest good.

Vishal Chand
Meditative Breathwork
Co- founder, SHW
Meditative Breathwork is a term coined by Vishal Chand that came naturally as he started his journey of helping people connect with their inner self. He has been learning and practicing meditation since almost a decade and continues to do so. It was in very recent years that he felt a calling from within to simplify meditation to today’s times and bring it to the demanding lives of people as a relatable practice to make it a part of their daily diet.
Breathwork is primarily ‘Pranayama’ which has always been a part of our innate being. A chapter of Yoga, it is simply breathing – inhale & exhale. By working with our breath we are able to channel our life force, ‘prana’, to promote balance and progress. It can shift you from a state of negativity to a space of composure and growth. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system of which the vagus nerve is the most influential. It functions like the body’s natural reset button. Learning how to stimulate the vagus nerve allows it to bring a calm and collected feeling. In the energy language, it helps to balance the yin and yang, the masculine and feminine energies, the positive and negative and bring one to the present to induce healing at every level.
Meditation is a practice of stillness. Within silence lies the guidance and protection we all yearn for. By connecting with the higher energy and assimilating oneness we are able to maximise our positivity and strengthen our armour that protects us against negatives. By working on our energy we can improve our own self, our relationships, our professional life as well as receive blessings across every vertical of our life.
“I fail to understand why meditation is greatly complicated and projected in a manner that one needs to renounce from their life and responsibilities, whereas in actuality meditation helps manage and grow in our unique soul journey as well as better every aspect of our being, personal, professional and spiritual.”

She treats chronic illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, ailing organs to lifestyle diseases such as migraines, allergies, blood pressure etc. Her diagnosis helps catch imbalance and discomfort even before it has manifested in the body as an illness.
She has shared her knowledge through various columns & articles across several publications. She has also given talks at credible platforms such as the FICCI, AICS and AIWA .
“We are all but a combination of what we eat and how we live”, is what Rama abides by strongly.

They have the capacity to remove blocks accumulated overtime and help regain mental and emotional balance. A sound mind and heart can build and manage better personal and work relationships as well as cope with challenges more constructively.
Life comes packaged with immense stress, unforgiving pressure and stubborn timelines. The ratio of burn-out, mental fatigue, physical premature ageing and emotional instability is extremely high. Relationships are stretched, feelings are pent up, mind is over run, joy and happiness is traded; all which cumulatively affects our self, inter-personal and professional life.
Bach Flowers are most constructive for anxiety, depression, self doubt, fear, lack of motivation, feeling lost, life blocks, acceptance, trust, weak chakras, to tune with the inner self, harmony, growth, relationships… they are powerful gifts of nature.

I like fitness, art, travel, zen mode and in a parallel universe, business strategy and technology.
Born in India, I started yoga at Sivananda, New Delhi in 2001 when I learnt Hatha yoga basics, and experienced the tranquility of feeling grounded with their Sanskrit prayers. Starting 2003, my 15-year corporate career enabled me to explore and expand my passions living in different cities across Asia, UK, Europe, and US. It culminated in 200-hours Vinyasa teacher training at Yogaworks, New York in 2019.
As a fitness enthusiast, I am an active practitioner of the martial art of Muay Thai. I was initiated into Kickboxing in Delhi in 2008 and since then have pursued it as my full-body workout continuing to strengthen with training in Singapore & Thailand. I love the outdoors, and light running as well as hiking; my favorite so far has been backcountry camping with the bears in Alaska!
With great energy to share my passions and the need to cope with repetitive health issues, I decided to unite my personal and professional spaces to become a full-time fitness therapist! As a power yoga and conditioning therapist my focus for my clients is strengthening, stamina-building and stretching through dynamic full-body work – combining my learnings from yoga, kickboxing and outdoor fitness, as well as weaving together my cross-cultural experiences and training styles globally.

Rahul received his training in yoga from the Yoga Institute in Mumbai. He is a 6-time national level champion and has been certified in yoga excellence across India. His specialty lies in the powerful and traditional, Hatha yoga. His journey started in grade 4 when he began his self practice and training towards understanding and excelling in the balance of the ‘joint’ connection of the mind and body.
Hatha Yoga, Sanskrit for ‘Discipline of Force’ is a school of yoga that stresses on the mastery of the body as a way of attaining a state of spiritual perfection in which the mind is withdrawn from external objects. Hatha Yoga places great importance on diet, purificatory processes, regulation of breathing, and the adoption of bodily postures called asanas, which structure a program of physical exertion.
Rahul has been helping men and women across age-groups understand the importance of alignment and the cohesive flow of their blood and breathing to attain wellness. Through his practice and teaching modules, he reinforces this connection to enhance circulation in a healthy and uninhibited cycle to improve vitality. Through an array of postures, ranging from standing, sitting, supine, forward bending, backward bending, twisting and balancing yoga he educates his student’s nervous system to be strong and well connected in any circumstance.
His classes are very detailed and precise. Even through an online session he has an eye for detail to be able to identify and correct even the minute postures, bends and turns to achieve a full asana benefit. He is able to gauge the progress in every student’s body as well as tap into their mental state while training in yoga for their true health and healing.
“Any problem within the body when addressed from the center, which is the spine, can be handled well, and the process of healing can be activated.” ~ a quote by Rahul that he preaches to his students.

Priyanka is a designer for apparel and textiles by profession. But an animal and nature lover at heart. She has polished her skill of a being a Telepathic Animal Communicator; the ancient art of inter species telepathic communication which is insightful, empowering and humbling. Animals sense, observe and absorb a lot from their surroundings. Whether it is your pet or a rescue animal, in physical form or if he’s moved on, one can connect to them.
Pets get lost. They develop moody behavior. Their body develops pain and symptoms. All of it is a natural process in dogs and cats, and animals as a species. When Priyanka connects with them, they open up. They need to feel comfortable, drawn, willing. When that happens, their story pours out. Through this wonderful process of animal whispering through her, she is able to help so many pet owners and animal lovers with what their animal is wanting to say.
Priyanka has had a natural connect with animals since early childhood. She noticed an innate tendency in dogs and cats towards herself. Surely it raised inquisitiveness in her mind. What are the abilities and physiological makeups in these animals that make them so receptive to the environment and humans? Thus deepened the journey of her emotional connect with them. She was able to sense and share their pain, their elation and their messages.
