Started by a pair of twins towards the end of the year 2020, SHW is a universal platform for guidance, counseling, therapy and workshops. It brings together varied holistic health and healing disciplines to walk your journey of wellbeing.
For Vishal Chand and Abhimanyu Rattan, it all fell into place almost instantly and
organically, as if it were meant to be their calling. In a matter of 2 days they had all their panelists, experts from across the fields of healing, natural medicine, holistic lifestyle, age old wisdoms and practices with the combination of science joining hands, as if the universe was wanting for this moment to happen and was prepared.
Together, we welcome you to SHW with compassion, understanding, knowledge, support and the generosity of time it takes to help you heal and recover be it mentally, emotionally, physically
and at the energy level.
Everything starts in the energy body, right from that first thought and emotion which leads us to our current state of imbalance, dis-ease and unhappiness. Our thoughts and emotions have the capacity to impact us, likewise an unhealthy body in return influences our mental and emotional state of being.
So whoever told you, you are not a sum of your entire holistic self, they maybe treating your symptom alone whilst not understanding and acknowledging you as an entire being, SHW gets right down to the root cause and removes it from the seed so you can feel that ease and joy and happiness from within again.

WHAT IS HOLISTIC HEALING ?

Holistic Healing is the practice of health and wellness that considers the entire person and all of the internal and external factors affecting them. It seeks to maintain or restore balance among the various dimensions of the individual. Rather than focusing on a specific condition or even an illness, holistic healing addresses all parts of the individual and their life.

WHAT IS HOLISTIC HEALTH ?

Holistic health is an approach to life. It is living in ways that emphasize the interconnected nature of the mind, body, and spirit. The principles of holistic healing can be summarized into three properties: the whole person, natural elements, and personal empowerment.

The energy is there.
It is upto us whether we are able to enjoy this energy or not.
It is upto us whether we are able to receive this energy or not.

As per biology, we humans absorb energy from the universe in two ways :

By Breathing – When we inhale Oxygen
By Eating – When we eat Food
Biology calls this ATP. As we inhale, every cell is charged with energy and this energy initiates and performs all the numerous functions in our body.
Holistic Wellness or Alternative Science calls it – Life Force
Ayurveda and the ancient Indian wisdom calls it – Prana

We receive that in 3 ways :
By Breathing – Pranayama holds prime importance in Yoga, through the various kinds of Pranayama the mind and body can be brought to a calm and balanced state of being. There are other disciplines who also give immense importance to breathing such as Tai Chi.
By Eating – Ayurveda states specific times of the day as well as what one should and should not eat as per their body constitution. Nutritional consultation & Functional Medicine also believe and follow the principle of ‘we are what we eat’. An alkaline body is an important component to a healthy life.
But most importantly,
Meditation – The maximum ‘Prana’ is taken in when we meditate. There are various types of meditation but the most profound yet basic is concentrating on our breath. Taking in Prana soothes the mental-emotional-physical body with a deep healing resonance by connecting with the higher energy.
